To validate a reservation, the customer must provide proof of payment and the following information:

Payment must be made via PagSeguro through our website - Confirmation will be made immediately;
We freeze the dates for up to 48 business hours to confirm receipt, if the receipt is not verified, the dates will be released again - the verification process is automatic, if we have trouble identifying the deposit, we will contact you via email and or phone
Check-in can be from 3 pm.
If check-in occurs after 10 PM, this must be informed in advance
Key pick-up varies according to booked accommodation, as specified in the advertisement.
If the guest arrives between 11 and 15h in the accommodation is possible to deposit luggage in the apartment, even if it is still in maintenance and cleaning.
If the arrival is between 6 and 12h, a prior alignment is required to check the availability of the apartment, being free will be charged a 50% on the daily rate.
If you arrive before 6am, a full night will be charged.
Check-out time: until 11 am.
If a checkout after this time is required, please contact us in advance and we will review the availability and applicable rates for each case.
Return of keys vary by booked accommodation, as specified in the advertisements.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay or in case of no show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline.
Booking changes may be made free of charge up to 7 (seven) days prior to the start of the scheduled stay, after this period and upon availability, an administrative fee of 15% of the reservation amount will be charged.
BemVindo has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the client, if the accommodation rules are violated. All room rules are available in the advertisements and may be reviewed prior to the completion of the booking.
If the reserved property has internet connection or cable TV, BemVindo assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from them. These services are provided by telecommunication companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, no rental payment will be refunded.
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property and must follow the property rules available at the time of booking and the apartment complex rules where applicable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines, when appropriate, and may terminate without prior notice of the rental agreement.
There are condos that do not allow visitors to enter. Please, if it is not clearly stated in the accommodation rules, please contact us and we will ensure that visits are possible or not.
